  Long wait due to understaff as there were not that many customers. Once it was my turn the obviously overworked and tired sales rep was professional and took care of my simple issue quickly.

  If I could I would give this less than a one star review. My mother in law and girlfriend dealt with a disrespectful guy named Chris who was less than helpful and even rude when they were needing help switching cell phones. They were not sure how to switch cell phones so they went to the store for help, and in the most non helpful tone Chris was explaining how to do so and looking at them with disbelief and telling them in the driest way, " I had a 92 year old lady coming in and knew how to do this and so there is no excuse for why you can't do this yourself, that is why there is the internet, it's a great thing you should try it sometime. " When you are in a customer service industry this is not how you talk to customers who have been with this company for longer than it has been AT&T.
