  The managers are rude, one named Mark, short, heavy set, glasses...how in the hell did he become manager, he has no people skills, he talks down to the employees. Another named Sheri, I overheard her tell the employees that can't eat any of the samples, but she goes around eating them and I feel it is very unprofessional to be on cellphone when I customer is trying to get help and there are these people who walk around in green vests they go around on their cellphones. I honestly feel this is the worst Sam's club, ive ever been in, undermanned, under appreciated of the employees. I can't believe the big bosses don't talk to the employees and get their feelings about how they are being treated and the working environment. The store needs an overhaul starting with the store manager down. This is why I rated so low. Just to add to this...they have managers and employees that are using tobacco products during working hours and spitting in trash cans in front of members/customers.
