  Been here recently for the first time looking at furniture to purchase and was greeted by a salesperson who was very nice and knowledgeable of the current inventory. Unlike other furniture stores that make you feel uncomfortable by high pressured salespeople to make a sale. This is a great store with a nice selection to choose from. Will be returning to this store for future purchases.

  I want to start by saying our whole house is furnished with RTG furniture from years ago but just recently Purchased a stair bunk bed for my girls in November was disappointed to hear it wouldnt be delivered until Jan 4 but bought it anyway because my girls loved it. I received a message last week stating that it wouldnt be delivered until March!! Absolutely ridiculous! Wasted time waiting for this bed to arrive and then being told at the last minute that it wasnt coming at the date that was told. Tried to call RTG to see if we could work something out and was offered $50! Canceled our order, RTG is not how it use to be.************UPDATE*********** Its been almost a month since I posted my review above. Upon the response from the "owner" i emailed my order information to them immediately as THEY requested in response to my review. Its been a few weeks now and i have yet to hear from them to "help me in any way that they can." Just thought everyone should know how serious (lack of) they take their disappointed customers.
