Chris was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, genuine and never made us feel pressured. The customer service and overall experience is what ultimately made us come back and purchase our mattress from here.

He showed us all of the features as we tried all of the mattresses that could fit our criteria. He shared the good and the not so good in terms of our needs. I highly recommend Mattress Firm.
