- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆July 28, 2019, by Gloria FinchI bought my riding mower last week of August, from then until November we just used 3 times only because somebody work in our yard once a month..so the first time we used need to 10 times to start the engine , then i want to return but it was over of 30 days..then 2nd time i used still the the same, so on the 3rd time really tried to 15 times to start the engine again..so i called Lowes, Customer Service says bring in the morning ....so that was Dec. 2 at 7am, I pay my friend for his trailer to bring my riding mower at the store. When I was in the store, the Customer Service told me we can't return because over 30 days (understand that) if it's not the machine problem, i need to pay coz i dont have extended warranty. I told her i need to speak the manager, she says manager is not here but the asst. manager Paul. She calls the manager and she get it back to me saying there's a delivery and he needs to assist unloading. I said ok, i will wait...30 minutes, 1 hour later, i asked again and still none so wait again 1hour and30 minutes no show still then i told to Customer Service when she was talking the asst. manager Paul, " tell him I am not leaving in this store if he don't talk to me"..so 8:45 still Paul not showing so i call the Lowe's corporate telling them about the story of my riding mower so while I'm talking in the phone ..gladly the Asst. Manager Paul show up and never apologized that i waited for 2 hours and 30 minutes (that was 9:30am), it seems sarcastic, arrogant talking with me and i said okay my riding mower is already in here and the man who has trailer left already so just fix it and if there's a charge service please call me first but they never do it, never call me if it's ready so I'm glad I went there last Saturday Dec. 16 to follow up the riding mower and Customer Service her name Shay (the same customer service that spoke in the beginning) saying ready to pick up and i asked if i will pay, she says nothing stated in here just sign the paper work to pick up...but when my husband will pick up the riding mower, he pay $160.00 for service charged. Okay, this is the issue it says there's a water in the carbonator...in the first time we used that, there's already a problem so i'm sure that's the reason why we tried many times to start the engine. For almost 3 months that i used this BRAND NEW MOWER??? Hope you will do something on this and also the troubled that I've experienced. thanks. Gloria
