  Dropped our mower off. Was told it would be 10 days max to get fixed and about $200 for a new belt, blades, etc. 12 days later no call. My dad calls and gets told "we have more important jobs to do so it will be done tomorrow afternoon". We go to pick it up and you guessed it IT WASNT EVEN LOOKED AT! Again we get told they have more important customers. We are at 16 days now and still nothing is done but they tell us it will be at least $400-$500. We will be picking it up tomorrow not fixed. Your company is a joke and so are your rude employees. UPDATE** Next day after telling them we will be picking it up (not fixed) we get told that they "had time to look at it" and now it's almost $1000 to fix. We also got a bill for $40 to look at it after we told them don't bother since we are picking it up. They bring my mower, that I DROVE into their business out on a forklift taken a part with the gas tank and everything sitting on the seat!! Long story short they didn't make us pay and I will never give them any of my business. We did get a good laugh though since this business is the biggest joke I have seen!!!
