  Was told there would be many sale carpets, only 2 to choose from. Waited longer than was told for carpet to come in. Went to store, told not in yet then salesman goes to look n says, oh yeah it did come in. Waited days to have installed. Came 11:30 instead of 8:30. Had to return next day. Can see seam btween dining &living room. Owner came n thought it would not be seen after awhile. Will have installer come back.. still waiting. My husband had to go to store to get our final bill. Warranty info, etc after she promised to email, even after a phone call to remind her. Now the excuse is the installer has big job n cant come yet. NOT WORTH ALL THE WAITING N AGGRAVATION
