  My beloved Nexxus 6P suffered a sudden and drastic battery failure. Despite other local stores turning me away, the staff at CPR helped diagnose the issue and ordered the needed battery. A few days later my phone is now as good as new. They did all of this at an incredibly competitive price.

  The guys at CPR were very personable and knowledgeable. They were able to repair my phone in a 24 hour period and within the time frame they promised. The task completed by the technicians appeared to be flawlessly executed. Additionally, the staff completed work on my Samsung phone that other companies were afraid to do. One more point of thought is the reasonable pricing. It was actually cheaper to let the technicians at CPR repair my phone than it was to pay my insurance deductible for a remanufactured phone. I could not have had a better experience and I sincerely pray that they keep Greg and James as employees at this location. I'll be a customer for life if I keep getting that kind of customer service and reasonable pricing. Sincerely, Eric
