The tech signs in to your private email accounts (how did he get my Google passwords?), then you get spam for years on end. The owners are rude and know nothing about generals or specifics, only know how to blame their lack of knowledge on Microsoft. After failing with Computer Connection, I took both of my computers to a private individual and had all issues resolved in a day. Computer Connection was a referral for me. I will NOT be passing that referral on.
