  Shorted a $15k contract $600 worth of plants. Didn't properly prepare the ground when they pulled out the old foliage. Petunias are coming through newly purchased shrubs. They didn't stake the new trees so they all started tipping over. Over sold the job so, six months later, the beds are ridiculously full. When they sold us the plants, they "designer" was told where they were going to go. Sold us plants that will grow to be four feet tall that were recommended to be put in front of a sign that's two feet off the ground. Workers planted plants in front of motion detectors. Workers left trash. Supervisor refused to meet with us to confirm or deny the shorting of inventory stating that "The job is complete." Would only warranty our plants if we had a landscaping service contract. When they did have the landscaping service contract, they let weeds grow high and only mowed key areas every two weeks as opposed to every week. They blew the dead grass and weeds into surrounding homeowner's yards and refused to mow areas that were done by the previous landscaping company even though they agreed to take over the previous landscaper's job. The irrigation company they contracted was awful. There were broken sprinkler heads all around our property that were never fixed, zones set for ridiculously long times. Terrible business practices.
